Exploring may sell airline tickets as part of an affiliate program but all responsibility for the sale of the airline rests with the licensed agent. Private Tours Ireland will not be responsible for any delays, cancellations or other hindrance of passage to Ireland.
Escorted Drivers: Private Tours Ireland will provide those visitors choosing an escorted tour with a personal driver/guide. The driver will also act as the guide for the duration of the tour. At designated attractions around Ireland the driver will pass over to the guide at the designated attractions. It should be noted that some attractions are self guided and each visitor will be expected to self guide within the attractions as required. The driver/guide will not normally enter the attraction but will wait outside for the visitors to return to the vehicle. The drivers are allocated to the visitors for eight hours driving per day (an additional hour will be designated within the day for lunch). For the purposes of health and safety the drivers unless in exceptional circumstances undertake driving beyond these hours. Driving is defined as a period from the commencement of the tour to the conclusion of the tour for that day and not timed on a basis of continuous driving for eight hours.
